Welcome
We would like to welcome Rebecca to the Caterpillar Room and Maxine to the nursery, Maxine is a trainee nursery nurse.
Parents Committee
Our first parents committee meeting takes place on Tuesday 19th May at 6.30pm.
Parent Information Nights
We are holding Parent Information Night’s. These will be held from Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th May. This is a good opportunity to talk to your child’s key worker about your child’s progress at nursery. All parents should see their child’s key worker to arrange a date and time.
Shopping Vouchers
The nursery is collecting Active 09 vouchers from Sainsbury’s and Tesco vouchers for Schools and Clubs. If you or anyone you know shop in any of these stores I would be grateful if you could collect the vouchers for the nursery.
Birthdays
We would like too wish Lemou a big Happy Birthday.
Staff Training
We have Fire Training on Tuesday 12th May and Child Protection Training on Wednesday 20th May, arranged for Staff.
Weather
Can all parents please supply their child with summer and winter clothing for example:
Hat, sun cream, winter jacket and wellington Boots.
Laa Laa the Lamb
Laa Laa is having lots of fun going home with the children, thank you to all the parents that have taken part so far.
Parental Involvement
We are focusing on bugs and insects this month if you have anything you feel that would help the children learn more about bugs or insects please bring it in to nursery.
We have bug catchers in the nursery, if you would like to use them at home please feel free to do so.
